Sapporo Convention Center is located approximately 10 min. by taxi from Sapporo city center or 8 min. walk from Higashi‐Sapporo station on Tozai Line subway. For details, please refer to Sapporo Convention Center.
Check-in
Access to the conference venue is whitelisted and will only be granted to registered participants whose attendance was confirmed by the IMDRF 2025 Organizing Team. On arrival at the venue, you must show your photo ID to our staff and collect your personal badge at the registration check-in desk. Kindly note that we are unable to accommodate on-site registration.
Cloakroom
Cloakroom will not be available. Participants take full responsibility for all personal belongings and possessions whilst taking part in the event. We do not assume responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings.
Internet
Complimentary internet access will be available for all attendees in the conference meeting area.
